My journey with gold began when I was about ten years old, helping my grandfather in his gold shop. Sometimes my reward was not money, but gemstones. I collected them like little treasures, and from those early days came a dream to one day become a goldsmith like him.
Life took me into technology instead, and I spent the following decades building my career in cybersecurity. But my fascination with gold never left me.
More than forty years later, modern technology and artificial intelligence gave me a way back to that childhood dream.
Mr GuldSten was born.
My grandfather's tools were his hands, his experience and his judgement. Mine are code, market data, mathematics and artificial intelligence. Yet the principles remain much the same: patience, precision, experience and knowing when not to act.
Mr GuldSten is my way of following in my grandfather's footsteps, honouring my ancestors and finally becoming the goldsmith I dreamed of becoming.
Only now, a Digital Goldsmith.
The tools changed. The dream never did.
